The redemption process can be tricky when first learning. To ensure that our customers have a speedy and enjoyable experience please follow our 12 steps to success!

All bottles and cans must be marked NYS deposit.
No broken glass bottles are accepted.
Use a clear plastic bag.
Separate plastic bottles and cans.
Count counters and separate then according to the material.
With a black maker write or tag the count on each bag.
Keep all bags at the same count example: 100-150-200
You are allowed one odd count bag.
All two-liter bottles or more can be mixed and placed in separate bags.
All bags are subject to count
If you bag the supplies correctly we can count for you we can provide bags and boxed in beer boxes or other containers.
All glass bottles must be separated by brand then boxed in a beer box or other carton.
